Stroller Strides Classes: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:00am

Meet by the boathouse. Park in the main parking lot off Southport Pkwy.


Please bring your stroller, water, yoga mat/towel for core work, and any comfort items for your little one(s). No equipment will be available to borrow. No toys or snacks are to be shared between kids.

On rainy days, classes will be a virtual workout.
