I am mom to Iva (3 yrs), an adventurous little lady with a love for dresses and Converse shoes. I was introduced to FIT4MOM initially when my husband and I moved back to California from New York with a 6 month old daughter in tow. Although I grew up in Sacrmaento, living here as a mom is a whole different ballgame, so when I found a group of mamas who made it a point to make fitness a priority, I quickly packed Iva up and strolled over to my first Stroller Strides class. I loved that I could workout (with Iva) at my own pace with the encouragement and support of other moms. I absolutely needed this, and ever since, I have continued to keep striding.

I am excited to be an instructor for FIT4MOM West Sacramento/Natomas, and give back the encouragement that was given to me.

It truly does take a village to raise a child, and I desire to support mamas on their journey with their children and with themselves.
